Before I start this let me get the point across that I do like Deadmau5 and that I am in fact a huge Deadmau5 fan. But what I'm questioning isn't his music but his marketing scheme on his new album - 5 of the songs on the album could have been downloaded before the album's release. He released The Veldt, a remix, and Failbait on an EP months prior to the album's release, There Might be Coffee can be downloaded from his Soundcloud account, and Professional Griefers had a music video out a while before the album came out, and was available for download to anyone who preordered the album. I'm sure I'm not the only one to notice this, but I thought I'd make a post because releasing a third of the songs on your album before it was even out doesn't seem all that logical to me.
